A set of 4 dNTP contains 4 tubes of dNTPs solutions (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP or dUTP) at a concentration of 100 mM.
All nucleotides (including dUTP 100 mM) are available as single nucleotides.
Each particular dNTP is tested for purity ( > 98% HPLC), UV-spectral characteristics, NMR-characteristics, the performance in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase, the absence of deoxyendo-/exonucleases and RNase activities in appropriate tests.
