The product is an equimolar mixture of 2'-deoxyadenosine-5'-triphosphate (dATP), 2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-triphosphate (dGTP), 2'-deoxycytidine-5'-triphosphate (dCTP) and thymidine-5'-triphosphate (dTTP) solutions as ammonium salts in water, each at a final concentration of 10 or 25 mM. Nucleotide solutions have not less than 98% purity confirmed by HPLC, are tested for the presence of endo- and exonuclease activity and free of trace contaminating DNase and RNase, functionally tested in Real-time PCR.
