2’-Deoxyadenosine-5’-triphasphate (dATP)

Features: Highly purified dNTPs allow for synthesis of DNA PCR-products up to 20 kb

dATP solution at a concentration of 100 mM in sterile water (-w) or TE buffer (-te).
Also available in set with dCTP, dGTP, TTP or dUTP.

Each lot of dATP is tested for purity ( > 98% HPLC), UV-spectral characteristics, NMR-characteristics, the performance in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase, the absence of deoxyendo-/exonucleases and RNase activities in appropriate tests.
