2’- Deoxyguanosine-5’-triphosphate (dGTP)

Features: Highly purified dNTPs >98% allow synthesizing DNA PCR-products up to 20 kb

dGTP at a concentration of 100 mM in sterile water (-w) or TE buffer (-te).
Also available in a set with dCTP, dATP, TTP, or dUTP.

Each lot of dATP is tested for purity ( > 98% HPLC), UV-spectral characteristics, NMR-characteristics, the performance in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase, the absence of deoxyendo-/exonucleases and RNase activities in the relevant tests.
